Refund Policy

We (Consumonics Ltd (HomeTVRepair)) provide no refund for our call out charges. Further we do not provide a refund for any incremental labour costs unless there has been faulty workmanship on the part of any of our employees. Where costs are incurred for parts, refunds will only be accepted within the first 3 months of the repair and the part has developed a fault.
